FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative

Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY
Rate: 13.21 p/h, 37.5 hrs paid weekly
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00
All candidates must pass drug and alcohol tests before induction.
Applicants must hold at least one valid licence: Reach, VNA, or PPT. At this stage we cannot accept any in-house licences.
Subsidised canteen available on-site.


Overview
We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers for our national distribution client in Skelmersdale. The role involves operating forklifts safely and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate any of the following trucks depending on your licence: Reach, VNA, PPT.
• Load, unload, check and move stock.
• Carry out daily safety checks.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid certification in either Reach, VNA, or PPT truck operation is essential.
• Previous FLT/warehouse experience is essential.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Physically fit for manual handling duties.
