These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, participation, and usage of educational certification programmes, 4-day intensive training schedules, verifiable digital credentials, and the Career Flight platform operated by Certfee International Institute in Nigeria.
Welcome to Certfee International Institute ("Certfee", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our website, registering for courses, attending online or physical training cohorts, or subscribing to our Career Flight membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or enroll in our programmes.
Certfee International Institute delivers executive certification programmes and practical management workshops in Nigeria across Human Resource Management, Strategic Leadership, Business Administration, Project Management, and Occupational Health & Safety. Training is conducted via: (a) Live Virtual Online Masterclasses, and (b) Physical Classroom Lectures at our executive learning center in Port Harcourt and accredited Nigerian training locations.
All Certfee short courses operate on structured 4-day intensive executive schedules (e.g., Schedule A, Schedule B, or Schedule C) with specific published training dates. Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of the registration form and receipt of payment or an approved corporate sponsorship guarantee. While we make every reasonable effort to conduct courses on scheduled dates, Certfee reserves the right to adjust schedules due to national holidays or operational requirements with timely delegate notification.
Course tuition fees are published on each course page and quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars ($). Approved tuition discounts, partial scholarships, and promotional rates apply only to designated schedules and are non-transferable between participants without written approval from the admissions office.
To receive an accredited Certfee Certificate of Competence or Executive Diploma, delegates must achieve at least 80% attendance and satisfactorily complete all practical case-study assessments. Certificates are issued digitally with encrypted QR codes and serial tracking for 24/7 employer verification. Physical hard-copy certificates are made available at our executive center or delivered via courier upon request.
Delegates unable to attend their enrolled schedule may request a one-time free deferral to any subsequent cohort within six (6) months, provided notice is sent at least 48 hours prior to the start date. Cancellation requests submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to training are eligible for an 85% refund (15% administrative fee applies). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to class or non-attendance once training has commenced are non-refundable.
All course slides, executive toolkits, lecture recordings, curriculum manuals, and case studies supplied by Certfee are proprietary intellectual property. Delegates are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their own professional study. Unauthorized reproduction, online redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Access to Career Flight services—including verified employment opportunities, international scholarship alerts, executive toolkits, and private community events—is provided exclusively to active members. Account credentials must not be shared. Certfee reserves the right to revoke membership for misuse or violation of community standards.
Participants are expected to maintain professional decorum, respect fellow participants and facilitators, and adhere to high ethical standards in all classroom interactions and project submissions. Disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or harassment may result in immediate dismissal from the programme without refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any claims or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
